In 2025, River Capital announced a six-figure investment into Formwork Direct International Ltd (FDI), a construction equipment hire and sales company based in Knowsley, Liverpool.
Supporting sub-contractors working on major construction projects across government and private sectors, Formwork will utilise the funding form the North West Business Growth Loan Fund to support their comprehensive expansion strategy including infrastructure enhancement through improvements to its premises that will help accommodate new machinery and the modernisation of its fleet with the addition of new delivery vehicles.
Formwork have also anticipated the creation of a further six-jobs as a result of the funding.
