The investment, delivered through the North West Business Growth Loan Fund supported the relocation and fit out of a flagship concession within Harrods’ new Chester store on Eastgate Street which opened as Brow Spa ⨯ H Beauty in February 2026.

Founded by Leisa Roberts in 2010, Brow Spa has built a formidable reputation in Chester’s luxury beauty market. The brand holds a five-star rating on Treatwell from nearly 1,000 reviews, has won Brow Salon of the Year (2023/24), and counts celebrities, high-net-worth individuals and urban professionals among its client base.

Leisa is a nationally recognised industry judge and award winning beauty artist in her own right.

The partnership with Harrods represented a significant step change for the business with the H Beauty, Harrods’ luxury beauty retail concept being expanded beyond its London flagship to regional locations including Chester, Edinburgh and Glasgow. Brow Spa is the preferred partner as flagship treatment partner for the Chester store, bringing specialist brow, skin, spa and semi-permanent make-up services into a state-of-the-art, Harrods-branded environment..

Beyond the financial backing, the joint venture gives Brow Spa access to Harrods’ CRM platform, marketing infrastructure, and an online product listing on the H Beauty website that unlocks national reach for the brand’s own product range.

The investment is expected to create 10 new jobs over the life of the loan, with seven existing positions safeguarded.
