Since its establishment in 2020, HR consultancy and technology provider, Lavasource has continued to grow from strength to strength and the business now finds itself in a substantial growth position.
Now beyond pre-revenue and with significant multi-year contracts with several FTSE 100 and global clients across multiple sectors, offering services such as System and Vendor Selection, HR and Payroll technology deployment and Change Management, Mark and his team (located across UK, US, India, Philippines and Mauritius) are now looking to scale the organisation and grow their global talent marketplace offering.
In 2023, River Capital provided Lavasource with financial support to help the business launch their global talent marketplace and hire key team members vital for the growth of their consultancy practice.
