Summary

Patisserie Lane Limited is a family-owned coffee shop business founded by a trio of local entrepreneurs comprising sisters Jasmine Beckett and Natalie Mercer, alongside their mother Jill Peers. The company has established operations in Farnworth, Widnes, taking over from ‘The Whole of the Spoon’ to create a community-focused destination offering high-quality coffees, teas, and pastries in an inviting atmosphere located in the heart of Farnworth village.

The £60,000 investment enabled Patisserie Lane to complete the takeover of existing premises and fund a comprehensive refurbishment project. The funding supported the creation of a modern interior design and provided essential upgrades to kitchen equipment, transforming the space into a vibrant coffee shop environment suitable for serving the local community and visitors to the area.

“Securing this investment from NPIF II and River Capital is a huge step in making our vision of Patisserie Lane a reality. We are excited to serve hand-crafted coffees, teas and pastries in a vibrant environment and our goal is to make Patisserie Lane a must-visit destination in Widnes.”
