The six-figure investment supported a management buyout that enabled Commercial Director David Sharp to acquire the 50% stake owned by co-founder and Managing Director Simon Fullard, who exited the business after 14 years. The funding facilitates the ownership transition while providing working capital to support the company’s continued growth and development under new leadership.
