Mojo CX is a Manchester-based contact centre technology company founded in 2018 by CEO Jimmy Hosang. The company provides SaaS-based customer experience software to a wide range of contact centre clients, using speech-to-data transformation and Generative Artificial Intelligence to support contact centre campaigns by optimising call outputs, supporting quality assurance teams, and building out scripts in real-time.
The £500,000 equity investment from River Capital’s fund:AI was part of a funding round led by NPIF II – Praetura Equity Finance, managed by Praetura Ventures as part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund. The round also included participation from existing investors Foresight and the Greater Manchester Combined Authority (GMCA), demonstrating strong institutional backing for the company’s growth strategy.
