The fund invests across a range of sectors and is designed to fuel ambitious management teams to acquire or grow their businesses. It also allows existing founders and owners, be they corporate or individual shareholders, to consider possible exit routes and retirement planning, or realise a portion of their wealth as the management team acquire a stake in the business they run.
