Knowsley based SolidTek is a leading manufacturer of solid paste water treatment chemicals and proud developer of the UK’s most environmentally friendly chemical system and is pioneering the future of water treatment.
Offering a complete range of solid paste water treatment chemicals, plus dosing and dispensing equipment, the business continues to expand significantly having received two rounds of Northern Powerhouse Investment Funding (NPIF) and since 2018 has developed better systems to improve facilities like its production equipment. It also paved the way to hire four additional staff in sales and production.
In recent times, SolidTek have celebrated a spate of award wins, after becoming the first company globally to develop an NSF approved inhibitor, and the first in the world to achieve ISO 14,001 for its environmental management system for its solid chemical products.
